Terms are COD or credit. All prices are subject to change without notice. Credit may be established and will incur the loss of this discount. We welcome your account. Our terms are Net 30 Days. All sales Wholesale to the Industry Only Nursery is open by appointment only. All liability ceases when plants leave our nursery. We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the productiveness, salability, or longevity of the nursery stock we sell. Buyer assumes all risk after plants leave our nursery. All claims must be made in writing within 24 hours after receipt for adjustment. However, Cycads and Palms shall at no time be liable for more than the original purchase price of said nursery. |  |
